How do I track my order?
After payment your tracking information will be sent to you via paypal. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days, plase email us at masterspieces17@gmail.com.
How long will it take to process my order?
It will take 7-10 to manufacture your products. Note; all products are manufactured within the contiguous 51 states. If you need a rush order please email prior to placing your order [see contact page].
What are your delivery options?
Delivery options are provided once you are ready to place your order. Standard shipping is $5.95 for 2-3 business day transit via USPS. Note: Faster shipping options are available (via FedEx).
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns. Please adhere to the return policy.

Do you provide International delivery?
We do not provide international delivery at this time.
What is your returns policy?
All pieces are customized to fit your specific needs. As a result we do not accept returns. Please consider this when placing an order.
